This is bad but made me chuckle. I do feel sad for him that he’s obviously got “cognitive decline” – dementia, early-onset Alzheimer’s, something! That’s not funny when it comes to compassion for humans in general. But what’s sad is even if he’s in denial about it, his family, friends, and colleagues all allow him to continue to make a joke of himself on the world stage. Hence this meme brought out a chuckle.
